Djebel Chenoua

Djebel Chenoua is a patrol boat commissioned by the Algerian Navy in 1977, named after the Djebel Chenoua mountain near the Algerian coast. Built to enhance Algeria's maritime security capabilities, the vessel has been owned and operated by Algeria since its launch. It serves primarily in patrol, surveillance, and coastal defense missions in the Mediterranean Sea, protecting Algerian territorial waters and interests.
