Nafusi also known as Nefusi or Djerbi or Jebel nefusi is a severely endangered language spoken in Nafusa Mountains in northwestern Libya by the Nafusi people.
It belongs to the Berber group of languages which also includes Tagargrent language.
Nafusi language has approximately 500,000 native speakers.
The language has 5 dialects; Zuara, Tamezret, Jerbi, Jerba and Jbali-Tamezret.
