Honors veterans of World Wars I and II, the Nigerian Civil War, and celebrates current servicemen. Originally celebrated as Poppy Day on November 11th, the date was changed to January 15th to commemorate the end of the Nigerian Civil War in 1970. In 2024, renamed from "Armed Forces Remembrance Day" to celebrate both active and fallen servicemen.
