Idoma Language

Idoma is a language spoken in Benue State in Nigeria by the Idoma people.

It belongs to the Idomoid group of languages which also includes Alago language.

Idoma language has approximately 3,500,000 native speakers.

The language has 10 dialects; Agatu, Otukpo, Otukpa, Orokam, Akpa, Agila, Utonkon, Igede, Etilo and Iyala.
