Kgalagadi Language

Kgalagadi also known as Kgalagari or Kgalagarhi or Khalagari or Khalakadi or Kxhalaxadi or Qhalaxarzi or Shekgalagadi or Shekgalagari or Kqalaqadi is a language spoken in Kgalagadi district, Botswana by the Kgalagadi people.

Kgalagadi language has approximately 100,000 native speakers.

The language has 15 dialects; Bolaongwe, Kenyi, Kgalagadi, Kgwatheng, Khakhae, Koma, Pedi, Ngologa, R, hiti, Shaga, Phaleng, Shelala, Siwane and Tjhauba.
