Kuria language has approximately 300,000 native speakers.
The language has 6 dialects; Simbiti, Nyabasi, Bwiregi, Surwa, Bukira and Busweta.
Kuria people are a Bantu community in Tanzania and Kenya.
Their homeland is bounded east by the Migori river and west by the Mara river estuary.
