Mendankwe-Nkwen Language

Mendankwe-Nkwen also known as Nkwen or Abɔŋnamɛnda is a language spoken in North West region of Cameroon.

It belongs to the Ngemba group of languages which also includes Awing, Beba and Pinyin languages.

Mendankwe-Nkwen language has approximately 100,000 native speakers.

The language has 4 dialects; Nkwen(Bafreng), Mendankwe(Bamenda, Mandankwe and Munda).
