NNS Erinomi

NNS Erinomi is a patrol boat commissioned by the Nigerian Navy in 1977 and remains under Nigerian ownership and operation. Built to bolster Nigeria's naval capabilities, Erinomi has been actively involved in maritime patrols, anti-smuggling operations, and coastal defense in the Atlantic Ocean. The vessel is a symbol of Nigeria's post-independence naval development and sovereignty over its maritime domain. It was procured specifically for the Nigerian Navy and has never been a foreign vessel loaned or temporarily operated by Nigeria. The ship has contributed significantly to Nigeria's maritime security and regional naval presence.
