Tokaleya is a language spoken in Livingstone, Kazungula and parts of Zimba and Kalomo districts of Zambia’s Southern Province by the Batoka-Leya people.
Tokaleya language has approximately 70,000 native speakers.
The language has 2 dialects; Batoka and Baleya.
They comprise two related groups, the Toka (Batoka) and the Leya (Baleya).
