Bena Language

Bena also known as Ekibena or Ikibena or Kibena is a language spoken in Iringa region of Tanzania by the Bena people.

Bena language has approximately 1,500,000 native speakers.

The language has 13 dialects; Ilembula, Kilavungi, Kinamanga, Lupembe, Masakati, Masitu, Maswamu, Mavemba, Ngaveeta, Nyikolwe, Sovi, Twangabita and Ulanga.
