Moghamo is a language spoken in Batibo Subdivision, Momo Division, Northwest Region of Cameroon by the Moghamo people.

Moghamo language has approximately 130,000 native speakers.

The language has 4 dialects; Aywi|Batibo, Iyirikum, Ashong and Kugwe.
