Phuthi Language

Phuthi also known as Siphuthi is a definitely endangered language spoken in Lesotho and South africa by the EbaPhuthi people.

It belongs to the Tekela group of languages which also includes IsiHlubi, SiBhaca and SiLala languages.

Phuthi language has approximately 20,000 native speakers.

The language has 2 dialects; Mpapa and Daliwe.
