Igbo is a language spoken in Cameroon, Equatorial guinea, Ghana and Nigeria by the Igbo people.

Igbo language has approximately 45,000,000 native speakers.

Igbo is an official language in Nigeria.

The language has 17 dialects; Waawa, Enuani, Ngwa, Ohuhu, Etche, Olu, Ika, Oyigbo, Anioma, Edda, Ukwuani, Ikwerre, Ezaa, Izzi, Ekpeye, Ohafia and Abam.
