Swahili also known as Kiswahili is a Bantu language spoken by approximately 100,000,000 native speakers in Burundi, Comoros, DRCongo, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Rwanda, Somalia, Tanzania and Uganda.
It is an official language in Kenya and Tanzania.
